How the cold gets to you

Cans go out Tuesday to Thursday in a recycled-wool box with two ice bricks, so they arrive at fridge temperature even in July. Up to 48 cans fit in one box for one delivery charge.

The driver checks a photo ID showing 21 or over — nobody home means the box waits at the depot for two days.

Before you fill the box

What does one pack hold?

Tall cans come four to a pack (16 oz each); our 12 oz beers come in sixes, except Deep Fuzz, which is strong enough to come in fours.

Is there a minimum order?

One pack. Delivery is charged once per box, so most people mix three or four packs together.

How long do the cans keep?

Hazy beers are best within eight weeks of the canning date, lagers and sours within four months and the stouts happily for a year. Keep them in the fridge.
