From a garage to the fridge wall
- 2014Dolores and Benny brew the first Lava Lamp in a garage on Burdick Street and pour it at a friend’s record shop.
- 2017The old seed mill on Harrow Mill Lane becomes a brewhouse with a taproom out front.
- 2021A canning line arrives. It sounds like a pinball machine and runs every Tuesday.
- 2026Cold post starts: ice-packed boxes to Michigan and four neighbouring states.

A taco truck Thursday to Saturday, pretzels every day, and you can bring your own pizza.

Free parking behind the silo, bike racks out front, ten minutes’ walk from the Metro bus station.
Book a table or a tour
Tables for groups of six or more, and a 45-minute brewhouse tour on Saturdays at 1 pm ($18 with four tasters). We reply within a day.
